When you already have an in house team and would like to expand the team externally, you'll create in fact a hybrid team. At least when you let them collaborate and don't see them as entire seperate teams. In that case you can use a senior within your internal team as being the client's consultant (and have the hard coding at the other side). Or you can add expertise you don't have in house (and can't find or is too expensive in your own area) with external experts.
Another option would be to let your team work the clock round. So, the in house team members will work upon a project within your office hours. And after that the external team members will take over. So, you can do twice as much.
As you can see there are a lot of opportunities when you work with a hybrid team. If you'd like to discuss the ideal set up for your situation, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
